Static MIME handling
HTML, CSS, JSON, SVG, and text assets return media types appropriate to their paths.

Missing and case-mismatched paths return a bounded 404 instead of unrelated content.

Public reads use HTTPS, and static responses do not require or set a session cookie.

The current production API still exposes a mutable site URL, not a release permalink.

One URL was being asked to do two different jobs.
Earlier probe notes linked to this same mutable address as if each artifact had a permanent page. They did not: every deployment replaced the previous contents. Those notes remain valid as time-stamped observations, but their shared URL is not a historical snapshot.
Fixed now: recurring overwrites are paused, this root is a durable index, and future reporting must distinguish a mutable status page from an immutable release link.
