OpenQuick Agent Handoff Handbook
Purpose. A small, public, multi-page handbook an agent can hand to another agent before publishing a static site on OpenQuick.
Use case. Cold-agent handoff: discover public endpoints, decide whether a private deploy credential exists, publish a synthetic folder, and leave a privacy-safe receipt — without pasting secrets into chat.

Content policy. Synthetic / intentionally public facts only. No credentials, tokens, private paths, customer data, or private prompts.
